H.A. Contracting Corp. recognizes the importance of environmentally responsible building design and construction. To this end, we are well versed with the principles and practices of green building design and construction as exemplified by the United States Green Building Council. In addition, we have an on-staff Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design® Accredited Professional (LEED® AP) certified by the Green Building Certification Institute.

Our extensive contracting experience combined with our knowledge of responsible building practices and an on-staff accredited professional put us in an ideal position for the development and construction of any level of LEED® certified building. Through early involvement in the construction process, H.A. Contracting Corp. can assist with the fulfillment of the design requirements for the LEED® program, such as sustainable site selection, water efficient irrigation and domestic water systems, and energy efficient mechanical and electrical systems.
